I forgot how the town square was completely transformed by Hannah Quinlan & Rosie Hastings’ LGBTQIA+ Pride float. It remains one of the most successful works I’ve filmed because it celebrated community while simultaneously questioning the "new homogeneity" of gay culture in the mainstream.
